About Me
I was born and raised on the East Coast. After spending a decade in New York City as an organizational psychologist and human resources professional, I experienced a period of burnout that led me on a path of change and discovery. I moved to Colorado in 2019 and spent the next several years redefining myself, realigning my values, and embracing a life that feels more balanced and true to who I am.
Since moving here, I've developed a love for rock climbing, skiing, and spending time outdoors. My Colorado family includes my partner, our two dogs and cat, and a group of great friends. I feel truly lucky to call this place home.
My life experiences have shaped me into the therapist that I am today. I approach my work with a blend of empathy, directness (naturally, as a reformed New Yorker) and evidence-based practices. Rock climbing and my yoga practice help me stay present and grounded, allowing me to bring a calm, focused energy to my work with clients.
In my sessions, you can expect a safe, collaborative environment where we explore your challenges, develop practical strategies for growth, and foster meaningful change.
